When the bike will not wake
Check the documented shutdown and wake state, battery charge indication, control LEDs and any app message. Record what happened immediately before the fault rather than describing the bike simply as dead.
The current Stark owner manual directs riders to its online troubleshooting overview for the latest instructions. Follow the route for the exact symptom and software; an old forum sequence or undocumented reset may no longer apply.
When pairing fails
If the motorcycle wakes but cannot pair, capture the exact app message and record the model, VIN and software version. Note whether the issue followed a software change, storage or another specific event, while keeping timing separate from proof of cause.
Use the current official pairing guidance for that software. Repeated power cycling offers no evidence that the underlying hardware is sound.
When charging will not begin
Check the charger supply, control LEDs and the visible condition of the connector and cables. The motorcycle, connector and charger must be dry, and damaged charger cables must never be used. Stop retrying if equipment is wet, visibly damaged or physically abnormal.
A battery exposed to seawater must not be charged. Leave the situation alone and contact the authorised support route.
Send evidence, then stop
Record the state of charge, LED sequence, exact message and operating conditions. A short video of the complete sequence can preserve indications that disappear before review; include whether the fault followed charging, washing, transport, storage, an impact or a software change.
Send the organised record to Bajamoto or Stark support. High-voltage battery, inverter, motor, powertrain and internal electrical work requires an authorised service path: never open, probe, repair or bypass these systems.
